Sensory Circuits

Sensory Circuits is a short and snappy sensory motor skills programme that helps to set children up for a school day. It enables children to reach the level of alertness needed to concentrate during lessons.

Sensory circuits includes three parts:

  • Alerting - this may include using a trampette, jumping, star jumps or hopping
  • Organising - ordering cones, obstacle courses or log rolls
  • Calming - press ups on the wall, joint compression or chair sit ups
