Term 5 Key Information
- We have outdoor PE on Wednesday afternoons.
- We have indoor PE on Monday.
- Monday 5th May - Bank holiday, school closed.
- Pop in Wednesday - 7th May - after picking up your children, please pop into the classroom and let them show you their learning.
- Class photos - Wednesday 7th May - please wear your jumper or cardigan.
Term 5 Connected Learning
This term our historical learning focuses on Ancient Egypt. Learning about the culture's way of life and how their geographical location affected their behaviours and resources. We are supporting and deepening this subject knowledge through the Guided Reading text The Egyptian Cinderella and writing adventure stories in English. In Science we are learning about the life cycle of plants. We will be running experiments over time, to better understand the role each part of the flower plays in the process. For RE we are returning to Christianity, with the focus on the Kingdom of God, exploring the impact of Pentecost.
